Terms & Conditions:
Pricing valid for 30 days from the date above. Figures are based on a walk-through
and preliminary specifications; formal selections (tile, fixtures, cabinets,
appliances, paint colors) will be finalized prior to contract. Changes to scope,
finish selections, or discovery of hidden conditions (rot, termite damage, outdated
electrical or plumbing not visible at time of estimate) will be documented via
written change orders. Contingency is an allowance — any unused portion is credited
back. This proposal is not a contract; a formal agreement with payment schedule will
be executed prior to commencement of work. Contractor is licensed and insured in the
State of Florida.
